Representative, Ticket Operations
About The Position
The Representative, Ticket Operations assists the Director of Ticket Operations with all box office activities. The role processes ticket orders and sales in person, by phone, online, and by mail; provides customer service and resolves customer issues; collects fees, guides patron decisions, and issues tickets; and processes and verifies credit card purchases. The representative uses computers, cell phones, and the SeatGeek ticketing system, and stays current on State Farm Stadium offerings and events. The position is full-time, non-exempt, and in-person at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Superior organizational skills, including the ability to manage priorities and multitask to complete competing duties in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to view computer screens for long periods of time.
- Flexible schedule and availability to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Complete all pre-employment forms and successfully pass a background check.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
Nice To Haves
- Previous money or ticket handling experience.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems, particularly SeatGeek.
Responsibilities
- Process ticket sales in person, by phone, online, and by mail efficiently and effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues and complaints.
- Use technology, including computers and cell phones, to process orders.
- Determine and collect appropriate fees, guide patron decisions, and issue tickets.
- Process and verify credit card purchases.
- Stay knowledgeable about State Farm Stadium offerings and current on events.
- Operate the SeatGeek ticketing system.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
