About The Position

The Ticket and Product Sales Agent is part of the Product Sales & Services Department and provides outstanding guest service while facilitating sales of activities, tickets, passes, ski and snowboard school lessons, and childcare. Team members contribute to the guest experience and represent Vail Resorts. They may work in contact centers, ski school locations, ticket and pass offices, and elsewhere throughout the resort. The role may also support multiple departments and functions as needed, including mountain activities, retail rental operations, food and beverage support, ticket sales or scanning, lift operations, and base area operations. This is a winter seasonal position for 2026/2027, with full-time and part-time hours available. The starting and expected pay rate is $20.00 per hour. Housing is available. Applications are accepted until December 15 or until the positions are filled, whichever comes first.

Requirements

Be at least 16 years of age.
High school diploma.
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
Ability to work outdoors in a winter environment.
Comfort working indoors for extended periods.
Ability to lift 25 pounds.
Ability to communicate fluently in English.
Ability to work weekends and holidays.
Ability to maintain a professional presence and adhere to workplace appearance standards.

Responsibilities

Deliver an outstanding guest experience in contact centers, ski school locations, ticket and pass offices, and throughout the resort.
Communicate with guests by phone and email.
Accurately and efficiently explain and process resort products and services.
Complete daily end-of-shift point-of-sale/register audits.
Contribute to a fun, professional, and caring work environment.
Work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Support other duties as assigned.
Work flexibly across departments and roles, potentially including mountain activities, retail rental operations, food and beverage support, ticket sales or scanning, lift operations, and base area operations.
