About The Position

Scottish Line Painting Ltd. is hiring a Thermoplastic Foreman to support and grow our thermoplastic operations. This is a hands-on, field-based role - This role will be a night shift role. Please do not apply if you are unwilling to work nights. You’ll be working closely with management to learn the full scope of the operation, with the goal of taking on increasing responsibility over the course of the season. The Role You will be responsible for learning and executing all aspects of thermoplastic road marking, including: Reading and interpreting drawings Laying out and applying road markings Supporting and leading a crew on-site Operating and troubleshooting equipment Maintaining safety and quality standards This role is best suited to someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in doing the job right. Training & First Season Expectations The first 5 months will be a training and probation period. During this time, you will be expected to build capability across: Layout and measurement accuracy Equipment operation and troubleshooting Crew communication and coordination Productivity and job site execution We are looking for steady progression — not perfection on day one, but clear growth over time. Requirements

Class 5 License
