The President will be an experienced leader tasked with commercializing manufacturing offerings and bringing new manufacturing technologies to market. This involves identifying market opportunities, defining value propositions, directing R&D efforts, and coordinating commercial, engineering, and manufacturing teams. Based in Denver, CO, and reporting to the CEO, the President will drive significant growth in scale, product and customer mix, facilities footprint, and team size. The ideal candidate will have experience leading the adoption of new manufacturing processes, shaping market strategies, and leading R&D, technical development, engineering, and production teams to build strong customer engagements. They must possess significant P&L leadership experience, strong business acumen, an analytical and creative problem-solving approach, a continuous improvement mindset, and excellent coaching and motivational skills.
