About The Position

The Therapy CNA (Therapy Aide) at Edgewater Woods helps foster a warm, supportive, and homelike environment where residents’ well-being is prioritized. The role includes assisting with activities of daily living, providing companionship and reassurance, and supporting residents with dignity, respect, and individualized attention. The Therapy CNA collaborates with therapy and facility teams to provide coordinated care and demonstrates the organization’s C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence. This is a full-time position scheduled Tuesday through Saturday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Requirements

• Hold a valid, current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana.
• Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
• Have stamina, strength, and endurance to provide nursing services.
• Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrate supportive presence, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.

• Work with therapy and other facility teams to support coordinated and comprehensive care.
