About The Position

The Therapy CNA (Therapy Aide) at Creekside Village helps foster a warm, supportive, homelike environment where residents’ well-being is prioritized. The role involves assisting residents with activities of daily living, providing companionship and reassurance, and supporting dignity, respect, and individualized attention. The Therapy CNA works with therapy and other facility teams to help coordinate comprehensive resident care and demonstrate the organization’s C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence. The position offers either a Sunday–Thursday or Saturday–Tuesday schedule, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Full-time and part-time benefits may vary; terms and conditions apply.

Requirements

Hold a valid, current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana.
Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
Demonstrate supportive presence, physical stamina, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living.
