About The Position

MOTION PT Group, a member of the Confluent Health Family, is seeking a Therapy Aide. As a Therapy Aide, you will be instrumental in preparing patients for treatment, assisting with transfers and transportation, and ensuring treatment areas are ready and well-stocked. You will also be responsible for cleaning treatment areas and maintaining a tidy gym environment. This role is crucial in empowering patients to get back to what moves them.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Looking for candidates who are available all year round

Nice To Haves

• Pre-physical therapy/allied health degree track preferred.
• Background in health, wellness, or personal training preferred.
• Bilingual preferred

Responsibilities

• Preparing patients for treatment, assisting with transfers and transportation.
• Preparing equipment and treatment areas.
• Cleaning treatment areas and maintaining a tidy gym environment.
• Ensuring treatment areas are well stocked.
