About The Position

Pearson VUE is hiring a part-time Test Administrator in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, to provide secure exam delivery and superior customer service in a comfortable, friendly environment. The position is 10–20 hours per week, with the expectation of working additional hours if needed. Schedules are provided at least two weeks in advance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and days.
• Beginner to intermediate experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to sit for long periods and escort candidates to and from the testing room.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 20 pounds with reasonable accommodation.
• Comfort working in a quiet testing environment; ability to hear soft voices and see details from a distance.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams.

Responsibilities

• Comply with testing procedures and company policies, using careful judgment.
• Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process.
• Proctor or invigilate candidates during testing.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments.
• Perform light housekeeping, including vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards after each candidate finishes an examination.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
