This isn’t a job — it’s a partnership. As an Omada Territory Sales Partner, you run your own independent sales operation. You choose your hours, your territory, your approach. We provide the product, the resources, and a compensation structure that means you’re never working for free.

Requirements

• UK-based with the right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Registered (or willing to register) as self-employed with HMRC.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Reliable transport or a walkable territory with high business density.
• The drive to build your own business.
• No degree required.
• No prior sales experience required.
• Ability to hold a conversation.
• Willingness to put in the work.

Responsibilities

• Visiting local businesses — salons, restaurants, gyms, coffee shops, pet groomers, dental practices — and showing them how Omada.ai can handle their marketing while they focus on running their business.
• Identify businesses in your area that could benefit from better marketing.
• Walk in and start a conversation.
• Show a quick demo on your phone.
• Offer a 14-day free trial.
• Follow up with businesses to convert trials to paying customers.

• £500/week guaranteed minimum draw (conditional on trial targets)
• £250–£350 commission per closed account (tier-dependent)
