The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for maximizing territory share through high-volume outbound prospecting and converting inbound inquiries into customer activations. The role develops and executes sales plans for containers, ground-level offices, singlewide modular structures, complex modular structures in certain markets, and value-added products. Time is allocated approximately 40% to outbound prospecting, 30% to inbound inquiry conversion, with the remainder spent on account development, in-person prospecting, and customer visits. The position builds and maintains customer relationships, identifies customer needs, recommends solutions, and manages customer activity and performance in Salesforce CRM. It researches market conditions and competitors, prepares quotes, negotiates sales terms, and coordinates with internal teams to support order processing, delivery, and project execution. The role also maintains sales records and forecasts, reports on performance and market activity, and contributes to team sales objectives. This is an in-office role, not hybrid. The position requires 10%–20% travel for field visits, with little to no overnight travel. Annual total compensation is typically $80,000–$140,000, including commission, with no cap on variable incentive earnings.
