About The Position

OSL Retail Services is seeking an Area/Territory Sales Lead to support approximately four Walmart Wireless locations. The role focuses on driving sales, delivering excellent customer experiences, and building relationships with customers and team members across multiple store locations. The position requires travel between stores and availability to work evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of retail or outside sales experience, such as door-to-door, solar, kiosk, or brand ambassador sales.
• Proven sales record, excellent customer service, and personal accountability.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Personal vehicle and ability to travel to store locations during operational hours.

• Exceed personal and location sales goals while providing excellent customer experiences.
• Manage time across multiple locations to maximize profitability.
