About The Position

OEM Territory Manager with a heavy focus on Dry Gas Seals (DGS). Responsible for managing the overall sales functions of the business unit in assigned territory in such a manner that creates competitive advantage, maximizes customer satisfaction, and return on investment in the business unit. On-time Delivery is critical to the success and the growth of EagleBurgmann Industries (EBI), so every employee is responsible for assisting the attainment of at least 95% on time performance of customer orders. General understanding and knowledge of the products or services that EBI provides and how they relate to overall operations and customers. Responsible for supporting the EBI national sales strategic growth initiatives/targets thru the End User, OEM & Distribution Channels, on an annual basis. Responsible to internal and external customers for timely completion of quotations, reports, accountability metrics and the completion of other goals and directives as agreed in an efficient and positive manner. Maintains good housekeeping standards and practices safety daily utilizing appropriate protective gear and adheres to Company procedures. A monthly reporting on progress in program bookings must be made by incumbent. Must strive to be punctual and maintain a high standard of attendance in the job. Participates as required in company sponsored training & maintains all required job training records. Responsible for follow all EBI policies, procedures, including the employee manual, Quality & HSE System. Perform any other duties as required.

Requirements

  • BSME or equivalent engineering degree.
  • 5-7 years of experience in the rotating industry.
  • Experience in selling MTBF solutions, especially technical selling skills.
  • Motivational skills and managerial skills.
  • High sense of urgency to recognize equipment, process and industry opportunities in the market (develop networks).
  • Good performer in taking ideas to full market launch.
  • Interpersonal skills for communication with customers and internal EBI.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work assignments.
  • Strong work ethics.
  • Ability to work in a team and lead teams to ensure successful program implementation.
  • Good written and verbal reporting skills.
  • Excellent computer application skills in MS Office products.
  • Travel required 50% or exceeding.

Responsibilities
