About The Position

Nabi provides weight-inclusive nutrition care for people navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, and body distress, supported by clinical and operational teams. The Territory Manager expands access to care by growing Nabi’s referral network. This provider-facing, field-based role focuses on generating patient referrals through building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers. The manager educates practices about Nabi’s services and supports them through the referral process. The role is based in the Richmond metro area of Virginia, with a home base in the territory and regular in-person visits to healthcare practices. The Territory Manager also attends local events and represents Nabi in the field.

Requirements

Comfort operating independently in a field-based startup environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust and credibility with healthcare providers.
A relationship-driven, consultative approach to outreach and partnership development.
Organization and self-direction, including the ability to manage a pipeline and follow through without heavy oversight.

Responsibilities

Prospect and identify new providers, building trust and developing long-term referral partnerships.
Conduct in-person drop-ins, lunch-and-learns, and practice visits to explain how Nabi supports patients.
Grow and nurture relationships with existing providers to drive patient referrals.
Demonstrate the value of Nabi’s model and streamline the referral process.
Collaborate with clinical and operations team members to ensure a smooth experience for providers and patients.
Manage the territory from a home base, make regular in-person provider visits, attend local events, and represent Nabi in the field.
