About The Position

Slakey Brothers is hiring a Territory Manager to service new and established accounts in North Highlands, California. The assigned territory includes Grass Valley, Auburn, Loomis, Roseville, and Sacramento, with North Highlands as the home branch. Core business hours are spent actively working in the territory and meeting customers in person at business locations, job sites, and other customer activities. Customers may need responses outside these core hours. The starting base pay range is $75,000–$85,000, with an expected transition to commission within 3–24 months depending on the sales territory. The offered base pay may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Requirements

• Related industry outside sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage details and meet deadlines accurately.
• Customer service-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Introduce and sell HVAC equipment to residential and commercial contractors.
• Target potential customers and develop new accounts.
• Bid jobs, produce quotes, process customer orders, and provide customers with technical product information.
