About The Position

SNP Transformations, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager – Midwest to join the Sales team. The primary responsibilities include exceeding sales quota targets, developing effective account plans for revenue target delivery and sustainable growth, and acting as a liaison between the Sales team, SNP partners, and clients to ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves leveraging supporting organizations such as Marketing, Inside Sales, and the Partner ecosystem to build pipeline within the assigned territory. Building strong relationships based on an understanding of customer business requirements and a commitment to value is essential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5 years of progressively responsible experience in Sales
  • 5 years of experience in complex consultative Selling
  • 5 years of experience in executive communication
  • 5 years of experience in negotiation
  • 5 years of experience in territory and account leadership
  • 5 years of experience with pipeline planning, including maintaining a rolling pipeline
  • 5 years of experience with SAP and SAP ERP ECC Modules
  • 5 years of experience utilizing sales performance metrics
  • 5 years of experience in CRM Software
  • 5 years of experience in MS Office
