About The Position

The Territory Account Manager is responsible for sales and leasing of new and used agricultural equipment and attachments. The role covers Henry and Putnam counties, Ohio. The ideal candidate is team-focused and self-motivated, is comfortable learning and understanding farm equipment mechanics, and enjoys building long-lasting customer relationships. Compensation offers unlimited earning potential with a fixed advance. Redline Equipment is an agricultural equipment dealership with nine locations throughout the Midwest, with Case IH as its primary equipment brand.

Requirements

Agricultural equipment sales experience or equivalent experience.
Strong self-motivation, interpersonal skills, and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to use a standard desktop or laptop computer and related programs, the Microsoft Office platform, and effectively research and navigate the internet.

Nice To Haves

College degree preferred, with coursework in agribusiness, finance, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Align with the company mission and core values.
Interact with prospects and customers to provide a positive dealership experience.
Build relationships with prospects and customers to fully understand their agricultural equipment needs.
Conduct equipment demonstrations.
Analyze sales opportunities, solve customer problems, and participate in sales promotions.
Prepare complete and accurate sales quotes and proposals with full equipment descriptions.
Maintain acceptable sales volume and gross profit and meet sales unit targets.
Keep accurate, up-to-date call logs, prospect lists, and mileage information.
Stay current on agricultural product knowledge and equipment features and benefits.
Maintain current knowledge of financing options for new and used agricultural equipment.
Attend sales training, sales meetings, events, and seminars.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
