About The Position

The Tenant Associate at Ellen Kennedy Living Center assists tenants who are functionally, physically, and/or socially impaired and may need continual oversight. The role supports tenants with daily living activities while fostering independence and freedom of choice, assists with activity programs, and administers medications. Duties also include light baking, continental breakfast setup, serving meals, cleaning, and laundry. The position is part-time, with PRN availability also noted, on the second shift from 1:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Rotating weekends and holidays are required.

Requirements

• A high school diploma is strongly preferred.
• A valid state driver's license is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old, as required by State regulations.
• Complete Child and Dependent Adult Abuse Mandatory Reporter Training within 6 months of hire and every 3 years thereafter.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required, with recertification every other year.

Responsibilities

• Assist tenants with daily living activities while fostering their independence and freedom of choice.
