About The Position

The Tenant Associate at Ellen Kennedy Living Center assists tenants who are functionally, physically, and/or socially impaired and may need continual oversight. The role supports tenants with daily living activities while fostering their independence and freedom of choice. Duties also include assisting with activity programs, administering medications, light baking and continental breakfast setup, serving meals, cleaning, and laundry.

The position is part-time or PRN on the second shift, from 1:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., with rotating weekend and holiday requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma is strongly preferred.
• Must have a valid state driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years old as required by State regulations.
• Complete Child and Dependent Adult Abuse Mandatory Reporter Training within 6 months of hire and every 3 years thereafter.
• Maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with recertification every other year.

Responsibilities

• Assist tenants with daily living activities while fostering their independence and freedom of choice.
• Assist with activity programs.
• Administer medications.
• Perform light baking and continental breakfast setup.
• Serve meals.
• Perform cleaning and laundry.
