About The Position

As a Tenant Service Representative at JLL, you will serve as the front desk person and greeter for an office building or portfolio, providing exceptional customer service and acting as the primary point of contact for tenants, clients, and visitors. This entry-level role offers an opportunity to begin a career in commercial property management while working alongside experienced professionals. The position requires an on-site presence in Seattle, Washington. The role does not provide visa sponsorship; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or office environments.
• 1–2 years of experience with work order management systems and vendor coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality, with a commitment to consistent, high-quality service.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Process and coordinate work orders for maintenance, repairs, and facility services to support timely resolution of tenant needs.
• Collaborate with property management, engineering, and vendor teams to ensure service delivery and tenant satisfaction.
• Support building events, communications, and community engagement initiatives that enhance the tenant experience.
• Provide administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and maintenance of tenant databases.
• Perform other tasks required by Property Management Agreements or local ordinances, or as necessary to ensure property operations.
