Temporary Seasonal Hospitality Support Associate, Greenwich
About The Position
The Temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate provides clerical support for front- and back-of-house operations in the Hermès Greenwich boutique. The role supports the client experience in a fast-paced luxury environment and works collaboratively with the sales and selling-support teams. The position reports to a member of the management team and runs from November through December 31. The role includes welcoming and directing clients, supporting beverage service, providing hospitable services, and assisting the sales team with the selling process and stockroom preparation. It also involves keeping the workstation and selling floor organized, maintaining merchandise standards, and ensuring supplies are stocked. Other duties may be assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Greet clients, determine their needs, and escort them to the appropriate floor or sales associate.
- Support beverage service according to brand standards and help ensure beverage supplies are stocked in partnership with management.
- Provide hospitable services to clients, such as bringing coloring books to children.
- Support the sales team with the selling process by hanging merchandise, returning merchandise to the floor, retrieving stock, and physically preparing the stockroom.
- Organize and prioritize the workstation and selling floor to support sales efforts.
- Keep bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery, and similar items stocked.
- Maintain selling-floor merchandise standards, including straightening and filling in merchandise.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
