About The Position

The Temporary Seasonal Hospitality Support Associate provides clerical support for front- and back-of-house operations at the Hermès Aspen Boutique. The role supports the client experience in a fast-paced luxury environment and works collaboratively with the sales team and selling support teams. The position reports to the Operations Manager.

This temporary seasonal position begins in November and continues through December 31. The position requires regular in-person work at a Company-designated work location. The hourly range is $22.00 to $23.00; actual rates are determined based on the job, location, and individual experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, determine their needs, and escort them to the appropriate floor or sales associate.
• Support beverage service in accordance with brand standards and ensure beverage supplies are stocked in partnership with management.
• Provide hospitable services, such as bringing coloring books to children.
• Support the sales process by hanging merchandise, returning merchandise to the floor, retrieving stock, and physically preparing the stock room.
• Organize and prioritize the workstation and selling floor to support sales efforts.
• Keep bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery, and similar items stocked.
• Maintain selling-floor merchandise standards by straightening and filling in merchandise.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
