About The Position

The Temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate provides clerical and hospitality support for front- and back-of-house operations at Hermès’ Topanga boutique. The role supports an extraordinary client experience in a fast-paced luxury environment, working collaboratively with the sales team and selling support teams. The position begins in November and continues through December 31. Other duties may be assigned by the supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, determine their needs, and escort them to the appropriate floor or sales associate.
• Support beverage service in alignment with brand standards and coordinate with management to keep beverage supplies stocked.
• Provide hospitable services, such as bringing coloring books to children.
• Support the sales process by hanging and returning merchandise, retrieving stock, and physically preparing the stock room.
• Organize and prioritize the workstation and selling floor to support sales efforts.
• Keep bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery, and similar supplies stocked.
• Maintain selling-floor merchandise standards by straightening and filling in merchandise.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
