About The Position
The Temporary Seasonal Hospitality Support Associate provides clerical and hospitality support for front- and back-of-house operations at Hermès’ Beverly Hills flagship boutique. The role supports the client experience in a fast-paced luxury environment, working collaboratively with the sales team and selling support teams. The position reports to the Operations Manager and runs from November through December 31. Other duties may be assigned by the supervisor. The role supports boutique traffic and the sales process, provides client beverage and hospitality services, and helps maintain stocked, organized workstations, stock rooms, and selling floors. Regular in-person work at a Company-designated work location is an essential function. The position requires the ability to lift 0–25 pounds without assistance; reasonable accommodations may be available.

Responsibilities
- Greet clients, determine their needs, and escort them to the appropriate floor or sales associate.
- Support beverage service in accordance with brand standards and help ensure beverage supplies are stocked in partnership with management.
- Provide hospitable services, such as bringing coloring books to children.
- Support the sales team’s selling process by hanging merchandise, returning merchandise to the floor, retrieving stock, and physically preparing the stock room.
- Organize and prioritize the workstation and selling floor to support sales efforts.
- Keep bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery, and similar supplies stocked.
- Maintain selling-floor merchandise standards, including straightening and filling in merchandise.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
