About The Position

The Stylist serves as a trusted, knowledgeable advisor who helps customers select products suited to their aesthetic and lifestyle. The Stylist works with customers to discover and express their personal style and shows them how to incorporate Kate Spade products into their existing wardrobe. The position involves customer styling and sales, product knowledge, operational tasks, and providing a seamless retail experience. Requirements

Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
Prior experience in a retail environment.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting.
Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
English proficiency, or local-language proficiency as applicable to the market.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, busy season, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays.
Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs, as well as climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver through the sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge.
Listen actively and ask follow-up questions to understand customer needs.
Offer styling advice, suggest add-ons, and create complete looks.
Show customers multiple ways to wear products and encourage them to explore new styles.
Guide customers through purchase decisions and provide a seamless checkout experience.
Reinforce and celebrate customer choices and invite customers to return.
Drive results through customer connections and product storytelling.
Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and product attributes across all categories.
Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and POS transactions.
Give and receive feedback constructively.
