About The Position

The Stylist serves as a trusted, knowledgeable advisor who helps customers select products suited to their aesthetic and lifestyle. The Stylist works with customers to discover and express personal style and to incorporate Kate Spade products into their existing wardrobe. The role combines customer styling and sales with product knowledge, operational tasks, and teamwork.

Requirements

Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
Prior experience in a retail environment.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate as part of a team.
Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
English proficiency or proficiency in the local language, depending on the market.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, busy season, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays.
Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs., occasionally lift up to 50 lbs., and climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

Provide styling advice, suggest add-on products, and create complete looks.
Show creative ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles.
Guide customers through purchase decisions and provide a seamless checkout experience.
Reinforce customers’ choices and invite them to return.
Drive sales results through customer connections and storytelling.
Maintain knowledge of the brand and product attributes across categories.
Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and POS transactions.
Give and receive feedback honestly and constructively.
