About The Position

The Stylist serves as a trusted, knowledgeable advisor who helps customers select products that suit their aesthetic and lifestyle. The role helps customers discover and express their personal style and shows how Kate Spade products can be incorporated into their existing wardrobe. The position combines customer engagement and styling with sales, brand storytelling, and operational responsibilities.

Requirements

Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
Prior experience in a retail environment.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting.
Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
English proficiency or local-language proficiency, depending on the market.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, busy season, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays.
Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and demonstrate strong product knowledge.
Listen actively and ask follow-up questions to understand customer needs.
Offer styling advice, suggest add-on products, and create complete looks.
Show creative ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles.
Guide customers through purchase decisions and provide a seamless checkout experience.
Reinforce customers’ choices and encourage them to return.
Drive sales results through customer connections and storytelling.
Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and product attributes across categories.
Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and POS transactions.
Give and receive feedback honestly and constructively.
