About The Position

The Stylist serves as a trusted and knowledgeable advisor, helping customers select products suited to their aesthetic and lifestyle. The Stylist helps customers discover and express their personal style and shows them how to incorporate Kate Spade products into their existing wardrobe. The role supports customer engagement, styling, sales, and operational excellence in a retail environment. The schedule is flexible to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, busy season, and high-traffic retail days such as public holidays.

Requirements

Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
Prior experience in a retail environment.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting.
Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
English proficiency or local-language proficiency, depending on the market.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, busy season, and high-traffic retail days, including public holidays.
Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs, as well as climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.

Guide customers through purchase decisions and provide a seamless checkout experience.
Reinforce and celebrate customer choices and invite customers to return.
Drive results through customer connections and storytelling.
Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and product attributes across categories.
Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and POS transactions.
Give and receive feedback in an honest, constructive manner.
