About The Position

The Stylist serves as a trusted, knowledgeable advisor who helps customers select products suited to their aesthetic and lifestyle. The Stylist works with customers to discover and express their personal style and demonstrates how Kate Spade products can be incorporated into their existing wardrobe. This role combines customer engagement and styling with sales, brand and product knowledge, and operational responsibilities. The schedule must be flexible to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, busy seasons, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays. Requirements

Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
Prior experience in a retail environment.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting.
Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
English proficiency or proficiency in the local language, per market.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, busy seasons, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays.
Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs., and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.
