About The Position
Genisys Credit Union is seeking a part-time Teller for its Clinton Township branch. The position serves members promptly and professionally by handling teller functions, providing a broad range of member services, and promoting or cross-selling credit union products and services. The role offers the opportunity to earn incentive pay.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Good communication skills.
- Professional appearance, dress, and attitude.
- Good math skills.
- Ability to operate related computer applications and basic business equipment.
- Good typing skills.

Responsibilities
- Perform financial transactions, including cash withdrawals, deposits, transfers, and loan payments, according to credit union practices and policies.
- Cross-sell credit union products and services to provide high-quality member service and help meet credit union goals and objectives.
- Balance daily transactions, verify cash totals, and investigate and resolve out-of-balance conditions.
- Promptly resolve members’ requests and questions in person, over the phone, or through other communication methods.
- Maintain and project the Credit Union’s quality reputation.
