About The Position
The Teller is accountable for providing exceptional service while processing customer transactions at FNBO branch locations. Tellers serve customers with a friendly, positive attitude and are expected to take pride in their work and uphold the values in the FNBO Operating Philosophy. The role involves delivering consistent, efficient, and accurate service, seeking opportunities to exceed customer expectations, and making appropriate decisions to meet customers’ needs. Tellers work as part of a team, participate in training activities, and develop their skills while contributing to individual and team success. The role is based onsite at the posted branch location; the work location may change based on business needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Desire to meet the financial needs of customers and the community.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Nice To Haves
- Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds.
- Previous cash handling experience.
- Previous Teller experience.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
- Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
