About The Position

The Teller provides a best-in-class customer experience while processing transactions, servicing existing and potential customers, and contributing to branch sales goals. The position performs basic customer and cash transactions, balances cash daily, identifies referral opportunities, and follows applicable banking laws and regulations. The Teller also develops knowledge of bank products and services and adapts to changing digital channels. Shifts may vary based on business needs. The position is supervised by the assigned leader of the branch.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to exercise sound business judgment.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Flexible and able to adapt to change.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift objects up to 30 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Previous cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent customer experience.

• Learn and adapt to changing digital channels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
