About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a part-time Teller to join its National Branch Network at the Reidville Road Office. This front-line, customer-focused role supports customers’ everyday banking needs through in-branch interactions. The Teller accurately completes transactions while delivering a welcoming, reliable experience and represents the branch as a primary point of contact. The role builds foundational banking skills by helping Tellers understand customer needs and introduce helpful products, services, and digital tools. Tellers identify opportunities to support customers and connect them with the appropriate banker for detailed product conversations. They work with branch teammates to support daily operations and provide a consistent, high-quality customer experience. Wells Fargo provides training, coaching, and a team-based culture, with exposure to retail banking and opportunities for career growth and mobility.

Requirements

At least 6 months of experience interacting with customers, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Accurately process routine transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing.
Welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them to efficient banking options, including digital tools, self-service options, or the appropriate team member.
Build relationships and actively listen to understand customers’ everyday financial needs.
Connect customers to relevant information, services, digital tools, or bankers.
Identify potential product or service needs, introduce solutions at a high level, and refer customers to a banker for detailed guidance.
Complete transactional and operational activities accurately, using sound judgment and managing risk in accordance with policies and controls.
Communicate clearly, clarify customer needs, and provide straightforward solutions or next steps.
Collaborate with branch teammates, follow leadership direction, and escalate complex situations as needed.
Resolve routine customer questions or concerns and escalate more complex issues for timely resolution.
Follow applicable risk and compliance programs, policies, and procedures; identify and escalate issues and make sound risk decisions.
Work a schedule that includes Saturdays.
