About The Position

The Teller processes customer transactions at FNBO branch locations and is accountable for delivering exceptional customer service. The role calls for a friendly, positive attitude, pride in one’s work, and commitment to FNBO’s Operating Philosophy and values. Tellers provide consistent, efficient, and accurate service, seek opportunities to exceed customer expectations, and are empowered to make appropriate decisions for customers. They participate in training and work collaboratively with their team to achieve individual and shared success. The position is anticipated to work onsite at the posted location; work location may change based on business needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Desire to meet the financial needs of customers and the community.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

• Previous cash handling experience.
