About The Position

As a Personal Banker at First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO), you will get to know customers and support them on their financial journeys. You will learn about each customer's unique needs and provide recommendations to support their financial well-being, from everyday transactions to broader financial goals. Branch managers work alongside the team and provide in-depth training to help employees proactively engage with customers. The role is based onsite at the posted location; the work location may change based on business needs. The position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS), along with meeting applicable financial responsibility, character, credit fitness, and criminal background standards and ongoing regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Meet applicable S.A.F.E. Act registration requirements, including financial responsibility, character, credit fitness, and criminal background standards.
• Meet ongoing regulatory requirements, including acceptable background investigation and credit report results.
