Teller (Starting pay $19/hr.) - Northern Lights Branch Lincoln, NE
About The Position
The Teller processes customer transactions at FNBO branch locations while providing exceptional, consistent, efficient, and accurate service. Tellers are expected to interact with customers in a friendly and positive manner, seek opportunities to exceed customer expectations, take pride in their work, and follow FNBO’s Operating Philosophy and core values. The role offers an introduction to finance and banking and includes participation in training activities to develop skills and support individual and team success. The position is expected to be performed onsite at the posted location, though the work location may change based on business needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Desire to meet the financial needs of customers and the community.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.

- Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds.
- Previous cash handling experience.
- Previous Teller experience.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
- Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
