Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Positive attitude with a passion for helping people
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working with cash, numbers, and computer systems
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Willingness to learn and grow within the financial services industry
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Retail, hospitality, food service, or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting members and building lasting relationships
Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and other financial transactions accurately
Handle cash transactions while maintaining a balanced cash drawer
Identify member needs and recommend products and services that support their financial goals
Resolve member questions with professionalism, empathy, and care
Collaborate with teammates to deliver an exceptional banking experience
Follow established security procedures while maintaining transaction accuracy
