Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Positive attitude with a passion for helping people
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working with cash, numbers, and computer systems
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the financial services industry
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

  • Retail, hospitality, food service, or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting members and building lasting relationships
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and other financial transactions accurately
  • Handle cash transactions while maintaining a balanced cash drawer
  • Identify member needs and recommend products and services that support their financial goals
  • Resolve member questions with professionalism, empathy, and care
  • Collaborate with teammates to deliver an exceptional banking experience
  • Follow established security procedures while maintaining transaction accuracy
