About The Position

The Teller processes customer transactions at FNBO branch locations and is accountable for providing exceptional service. Tellers serve customers with a friendly, positive attitude and take pride in accurate, efficient work while following FNBO’s Operating Philosophy. They seek opportunities to exceed customer expectations, make appropriate decisions for customers, and work with their team toward individual and shared success. The role offers an opportunity to learn about finance and banking through training and day-to-day branch work. This position is expected to work onsite at the posted location, though the work location may change based on business needs. Starting pay is $19 per hour; the final offer may vary based on work experience, education, and skill level. Applicants must have unrestricted work authorization and must not require future sponsorship.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Desire to meet the financial needs of customers and the community.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Unrestricted work authorization and no requirement for future sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds.
Previous cash handling experience.
Previous Teller experience.
Demonstrated customer service skills.
Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
Bilingual in Spanish.
