About The Position

Member Resource Center Representatives perform sales and service functions in the member resource center through telephone calls, outbound calls, video, and electronic communication. They help achieve Greater Nevada goals by assisting members and delivering effective, accurate service across communication channels. The position is onsite at the Reno Operations Center in Reno, Nevada, and is part time at 19 hours per week.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, financial services, or a similar field.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Enjoy working with the public by phone and through video chat.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with members by phone, video, and online digital channels.
• Meet management-established performance goals, including product sales and referrals and the number of member interactions per hour.
• Communicate accurately with members in writing through secure messaging, chat, text, email, or fax.
• Apply appropriate Bank Secrecy Act procedures and reporting requirements.
