Part Time Teller - 51st & Center ($19 per Hour)
About The Position
The Teller processes customer transactions at FNBO branch locations while providing exceptional, consistent, efficient, and accurate service. Tellers work with customers in a friendly and positive manner, take pride in their work, and follow the FNBO Operating Philosophy. They seek opportunities to exceed customer expectations and are empowered to make appropriate decisions to meet customers’ needs. Tellers work as part of a team, participate in training activities to develop their skills, and contribute to individual and team success. The role is expected to be performed onsite at the posted location; the work location may change based on business needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Desire to meet the financial needs of customers and the community.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Unrestricted work authorization; candidates must not require future sponsorship.
Nice To Haves
- Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds.
- Previous cash handling experience.
- Previous Teller experience.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
- Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
