Full Time Teller - 51st & Center ($19 per Hour)
About The Position
The Teller processes customer transactions at FNBO branch locations and is accountable for providing exceptional customer service. Tellers interact with customers in a friendly, positive manner and are expected to deliver consistent, efficient, and accurate service. They are empowered to make appropriate decisions for customers and should take pride in their work while upholding FNBO’s Operating Philosophy and core values. The role involves working as part of a team, participating in training, and contributing to individual and team success. The position is expected to be performed onsite at the posted location; the work location may change based on business needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Desire to meet the financial needs of customers and the community.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Unrestricted work authorization without a need for future sponsorship.
Nice To Haves
- Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds.
- Previous cash handling experience.
- Previous Teller experience.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
- Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
