About The Position
Sun East Federal Credit Union is hiring a full-time Teller for its Aston branch. The Teller serves as a welcoming first point of contact for members, listens to their needs, builds relationships, and provides solutions related to financial services. The role processes routine banking transactions and may use product knowledge to cross-sell financial products and services. It also includes processing transactions involving vaults, CDMs, coin machines, and ATMs, and maintaining a cash drawer that balances at the end of each day. Responsibilities
- Greet members and provide unsurpassed service as the face of Sun East Federal Credit Union.
- Listen to members' needs, build relationships, and help find solutions to their financial needs.
- Assist members with processing transactions, resolving problems, and learning about financial products.
- Process routine transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, checks, and loan payments.
- Use product knowledge to cross-sell financial products and services to meet members' current and future needs.
- Help process vault transactions, CDMs, coin machines, and ATMs.
- Maintain a cash drawer and ensure it balances at the end of each day.
- Project a positive image to members.
