About The Position
The Teller is accountable for providing exceptional service while processing customer transactions at FNBO branch locations. Tellers serve customers with a friendly, positive attitude and are expected to take pride in their work and uphold the values outlined in FNBO’s Operating Philosophy. This role is a way to gain exposure to finance and banking while developing skills through training and teamwork. The Teller is empowered to make appropriate decisions for customers and works with the team toward individual and shared success. The position is expected to be onsite at the West Plano Branch in Plano, Texas. The work location may change based on business needs. Starting pay is $19 per hour; the final offer may vary based on work experience, education, and skill level.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Desire to meet the financial needs of customers and the community.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.

- Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds.
- Previous cash handling experience.
- Previous Teller experience.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
