About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Teller to join its National Branch Network. This front-line, customer-focused role supports customers’ everyday banking needs through in-branch interactions, accurately completing transactions and providing a welcoming, reliable experience. As a primary point of contact, the Teller represents the branch through attentive service, attention to detail, and genuine care. The role builds foundational banking skills by helping employees understand customers’ needs and introduce relevant products, services, and digital tools. Tellers identify opportunities to support customers and connect them with bankers for detailed product conversations. They work with branch teammates to keep daily operations running smoothly and provide a consistent, high-quality customer experience. The role offers exposure to retail banking and opportunities for longer-term career growth, supported by Wells Fargo training, coaching, and a team-based culture. The position is located at 5010 Floyd Rd., Mableton, GA 30126. The schedule will include Saturdays. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

At least 6 months of experience interacting with customers, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education, or a combination of these.

Responsibilities

Accurately process transactions and engage customers with care to deliver a positive and reliable branch experience.
Process routine service transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing.
Welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them to efficient banking options, including digital tools, self-service options, or the appropriate team member.
Build relationships and actively listen to understand everyday financial needs; connect customers to relevant information, services, digital tools, or bankers.
Identify potential product or service needs, introduce solutions at a high level, and refer customers to a banker for detailed guidance.
Complete transactional and operational activities accurately, use sound judgment, and manage risk in accordance with policies and controls.
Clarify customer needs and provide clear, simple solutions or next steps through effective communication and active listening.
Collaborate with branch teammates, follow leadership direction, and escalate complex situations as needed.
Resolve routine customer questions or concerns and escalate more complex issues for timely resolution.
Follow applicable risk and compliance programs, policies, and procedures; escalate and remediate issues appropriately.
