About The Position

As a Bilingual Spanish Teller in PNC's Retail Banking organization, based in Phoenix, Arizona, you will provide customer interactions focused on financial wellbeing and loyalty. You will educate customers about options for handling financial transactions, identify banking opportunities, and refer customers to appropriate branch staff. The position is in-office, and Spanish speaking ability is required. The role also involves resolving customer problems using product and procedural knowledge and completing teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions accurately and efficiently. Employees are expected to focus on customer needs and satisfaction and to assess and manage risks in accordance with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Responsibilities

Deliver customer experiences that support financial wellbeing and build customer loyalty.
Process a variety of customer interactions and educate customers about alternatives for financial interactions.
Identify banking opportunities through customer conversations and make appropriate referrals to branch staff.
Perform lobby engagement activities and position PNC products to meet customer needs.
Educate customers about options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
Use product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
Follow policies and procedures and exercise sound judgment within established limits.
Complete teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions efficiently and accurately.
Assess and manage risks associated with business objectives and activities in accordance with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
