Kohler Credit Union is hiring a Full-Time Teller/Member Service Representative at our West Bend Meijer Branch. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to perform basic math accurately
- Ability to confidently handle financial transactions in a fast-paced environment
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or cash-handling experience is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions accurately
- Build lasting relationships by providing outstanding member service
- Identify member needs and recommend products and services that support their financial goals
- Answer questions and resolve account inquiries with professionalism and care
- Maintain accurate cash handling and balance your cash drawer
- Follow security procedures and operational policies
- Work collaboratively with your team to create an exceptional member experience
