About The Position

Kohler Credit Union is hiring a full-time Teller/Member Service Representative at its Saukville Branch. This role supports members with everyday banking needs and delivers welcoming, personalized service. It is suitable for candidates with customer-facing experience in areas such as hospitality, restaurants, hotels, retail, sales, guest services, cash handling, or customer support; previous banking experience is not required. The employer provides comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and professional development. The representative assists members with financial transactions, answers account questions, introduces digital banking tools, and connects members with products and services that support their financial goals. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, service-focused attitude.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
