About The Position

The Teller-Floater is a customer-facing role and often the first point of contact for Frost customers. The position delivers customer service and teller services while building trusting relationships and providing an empathetic, helpful banking experience. It performs transactions in accordance with bank policies, manages cash and settlement activities, handles selected customer requests, and practices risk management and loss prevention.

Required availability is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and teller services that meet consumer banking performance standards.
• Perform daily credit and debit transactions in compliance with established bank policies and procedures.
• Maintain proper cash on hand and prepare daily settlement of teller cash and proof transactions.
• Fill change order requests, process wire transfers and bankcard advances, and exchange negotiable instruments.
• Manage risk while actively practicing loss prevention.
• Use critical-thinking skills and pursue accuracy, efficiency, and knowledge.
