About The Position

Sound Credit Union is seeking a Teller Floater / Member Service Representative to support branches in the King North Region. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about helping others, curious, enjoy problem-solving, value building customer relationships, and seek opportunities for professional development. The credit union offers a unique Branch Progression Model for advancement and salary increases through on-the-job training and structured compensation increases. This position is eligible for a $1,500 Sign-On Bonus, with $500 paid on the first paycheck and $1,000 paid after the 6-month anniversary. A monthly car stipend of $500 is also provided. Requirements

  • One year experience in a customer service position required.
  • Ability to flexibly travel between branches.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be bondable.
  • Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available.
  • Notary and NMLS certifications are necessary for UA II level and higher and require US citizenship or permanent legal residency in order to be obtained as per WA State Law.

  • Cash handling and retail sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist members with financial transactions.
  • Respond to inquiries.
  • Build relationships with members.
  • Provide information on account status, balances, and loan details to deliver exceptional member service.
