About The Position
Gate City Bank is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for its Moorhead Hornbachers office. This role is suited to someone who enjoys working with people, values accuracy, and wants to provide exceptional service. The position offers guaranteed 15–19 hours per week, with weekday afternoon hours and two Saturday shifts per month. Saturday shifts pay an additional $5 per hour.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Enthusiasm for creating positive customer experiences.
Nice To Haves
- 1–2 years of customer service, cash handling, or sales experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with financial transactions and identify ways to make banking simpler and more rewarding.
- Open new accounts and educate customers about the bank’s products and services.
- Balance the cash drawer accurately.
- Follow established policies, procedures, and service standards.
