Teller / Customer Service Representative - Moorhead South - Part-Time
About The Position
Gate City Bank is hiring a service-driven Customer Service Representative for its Moorhead South Office. This part-time, in-office role provides day-to-day banking services and builds customer relationships through an exceptional service experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 6:15 PM and Saturdays from 8:45 AM to 12:15 PM, with one Saturday off per month. Some schedule flexibility is preferred. The position is scheduled for 15–19 hours per week. Pay is $17.75–$18.75 per hour, with an additional $5 incentive for each Saturday worked. Eligible part-time and full-time team members may access benefit options including medical, dental and vision coverage, a 401(k) with match, PTO, and wellness options. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
Nice To Haves
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales.
- Some schedule flexibility preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with routine banking transactions while providing a welcoming, professional experience.
- Support customers in opening new accounts and understanding products that fit their financial needs.
- Maintain balanced cash drawers and follow cash-handling expectations.
- Adhere to bank policies, security guidelines, and customer service standards.
